Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products — including fresh dosa batter, spice powders, and dry fruits — we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once a product is delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality control for all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at zee3.co2024@gmail.com with:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number and delivery details
We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or resolution.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order leaves our facility, it is handled by third-party logistics partners. While we strive for smooth delivery, we are not liable for delays or damages caused during transit. However, we’re happy to coordinate with delivery partners in case of issues.
